Hi,

I downloaded a trial copy of Opus Pro 5 about 9 months ago which expired. I then removed this version from my PC. I have just installed the trial version of Opus Pro XE 5 and when I tried to run it I got the following message :

Cannot load version information - Please reinstall your product

If the problem persists please contact your product vendor

Is there an update program I need to run to be able to run the second trial version ?

I'm afraid you cannot evaluate the same version number of any Opus products twice. This is to prevent unscrupulous people working their way through umpteen evaluation versions for one project and never paying, Not that I am suggesting for one moment that you are such a user but we have had people call Support and complain when their third evaluation expired that they now had to pay!

If you feel you really need to test the XE features please contact support and we may be able to arrange something specific for you.
