Add text to a text object.
Select the elements of the text that you want to become a hyperlink.
Right click the selection, select Create Hypertext

Unless there's more to your question than you listed, adding hyperlinks to Text Objects is very easy:

Create a Text Object; then type in all the text you want. I like to "Save" a lot, so go ahead and Save. Go back into the Text Object and find the first text where you want to create a link. Highlight it, then do a RIGHT mouse click. Look at the revealed menu. In the middle, select "Create Hypertext." An Action Box will appear with a Trigger of "Left Mouse Click" automatically added. Create the Action you want. Most likely it will be a "Go To Page" or "Launch" (to access a web URL).

That's it! Repeat as often as needed.

Suggetion:
If I have multiple hyperlinks stacked above each other (like a menu -- each one on a new line), I have found adding several blank spaces at the end of each line makes creating and later editing of hypertext much easier. For example, if you don't added my recommended spaces, and you later have to Delete one of the hypertext items in the middle of the list, then OPUS may delete the links before/after the one you wanted to eliminate. I hope this suggestion "helps" rather than "confuses" you.
