Is there a way to permenently suppress the Troubleshooting dialog that appears when a publication is re-launched after a "crash"?

Our users sometimes have to reboot the system for legitimate reasons (I won't bore you with the details), and I'd prefer that they didn't see the dialog even once.

Thanks, Linnet

Linnet,

Currently there is no simple way to do this. The only thing I can think is to have a small publication whose only job is to delete the registry entry

Code:
DeleteRegistryValue( "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Digital Workshop\\Troubleshooting" );

and then launch your main publication; it is not possible to delete the registry key whilst a publication is running so the only option would be to ensure the key is deleted before the main publication runs.

Hope this help

Is there a simpler way of doing this now in Opus 06?

I was hoping that it would have been included as an option during publication by now, but couldn't find any.

I'll bump this, because I think the option would be a good feature.
