 Post subject: Opus 2.81 will not launch...need help.

I have a user on Dell D600 XPsp2. When he goes to launch Opus it hangs on the splash screen "PROGRAM LOADING" The screen will not go away I have to kill the process to get back. This is the only individual in our company having the problem. We put the training module on a CD and tried to launch Opus directly from a CD versus through our LAN. The same thing happened there too. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

The first think that springs to mind is the graphics card drivers. Download and Install the latest drivers from the graphics card manufactures website (not Dell.)

This should resolve the problem.
