In the meantime, can you put your cd in your cd drive and then use Explorer to see if the necessary files are actually on the cd?
Also can you advise what version of Opus you are using please?
To me, it looks like the necessary files are not on your cd or that maybe you have published it wrongly.
Did you select "run publication from cd only" on the security tab of your properties tab?
also after publication did you select "launch CD-R wizard to copy your publication to a CD?
Also it might be worth checking that your cd disk name actually matches the cd disk name you specified in the "run publication from cd only" on the security tab of your properties tab. Check your spelling and case sensitivity.
