Brenden mentioned this solution awhile ago, so I want to give him full credit for this solution!

I needed to have an Image Object scroll within a MultiFrame. I created the Image Object then added a vertical Scroll Bar. It would work in Preview, but not when I Published.

To resolve this problem, I created a Frame Object; then placed it into the correct MultiFrame; then I did a right mouse INSERT drag in the Organizer to place the Image Object inside the new Frame. I added a vertical Scroll Bar to the FRAME.

Two more things to make this work: 1) make sure you've removed the Scroll Bar from the Image Object. It MUST be on the single Frame; 2) you need to enlarge the Image Object to it's full size. You'll only see the portion visible within the Frame.

This is a GREAT visual effect -- to be able to scroll an graphic/photo. I hope my mentioning this solution helps others who have been stumped/stymided over this.
