Hello,
I am making a program that interacts with an Access database. I have made text input boxes for users to add new records. This works fine for numbers and text, but I am having a problem with dates.
The database has a date field and whether I save the user input into a text variable or into a number variable, I get an error message from Opus complaining of a type mismatch when I preview the publication and try to add the new record. I have also tried putting the date in in different formats eg 27/07/2006, but no joy.
The database has to have a date field to sort the data.
Any ideas, please?
Best wishes,
Bernard Alecio
