Hi

I'm trying to create a Flex version of a project, from scratch, which is similar to a Pro publication I completed recently. Flex has limitations on storage of info, since there is no ability to write to registry or text file, etc.

The proposed Flex pub needs to drag and drop vector objects into a drop zone, measure the objects relative to each other and draw connecting lines between these vector objects. I believe this can all be done in Flex. Maybe not.

The main challenge is displaying results of the measurements on a separate page. Scripting can be written to do math functions with the measurements. The question is how to save/store these results as variables that can then be "read" on the next (results display) page and populate inserted variables (inserted into a text box).

Any ideas will be appreciated. It may simply not be possible to achieve these actions and results in Flex.

Kind Regards,
