Today when publishing, I received this error message:

Structural exception:c0000005 processing Vector 3647(20)

Does anyone know what this means and what causes it?

I resolved the error by locating Vector 3647(20), deleting it, and replacing it with another copy.

What it means Sentosa is that your vector probably did not comply with Perth Building Regulations.

Seriously though, I do know the C000000005 error is a programming error code. Why you got it or what it means, is beyond me.

Hope this helps :D

Cheers

Graham

I can live with that Graham :D

Happily, I've republished a couple of times and the issue seems to have vanished.

The verctor is one of the standard vectors supplied with Opus. I'm curious as to why, on a page where there were about 100 other vectors (including 37 copies of this particular vector) there was an issue with this one.

Probably one of the unfathomable mysteries of life.

Hi - having a similar problem with an error message:

Structured Exception C0000005 Processing Button.

Whilst your error told you were the error was, where will I find 'Processing Button'? I haven't a button of that name in my publication?

I don't remember the exact details of my problem, but I am prepared to be that somewhere in your pub you will have a problem called "Button".

I'm pretty sure that the reported error actually means that Opus found the exception while processing the object called Button.

I doubt that it found the problem associated with an object called "Processing Button".

Have a look and see if you can find the object, delete it and reapply it if you need to. Of course, in a large pub, this is going to take forever

Thanks Ray - I'll look for it now!
