When printing page from a Pub, I got lines across the entire printed area. Lines were overlayed on top of all text and objects. In my case lines were ~2pixels and ~24 per inch (10 per cm).
Solved finally: by changing Printer Preferences to "Printer Optimization - DISABLED".

I am creating a 'new printer' in control panel... to hold correct default settings.
Am posting to add to the forum's knowledge base.
If I had any question it would be: What to do about users who would be off on their own, different devices and settings? Include a Help file?
