Digital Workshop

I've looked through the help files and I can't find an answer. In trying to optimise my files for CDrom I thought it a good idea to preload the videos I'm using on several pages. The help file says that for every object on the page - there will be a resouces tab in the properties dialogue so you can preload or not. I can't see one for my videos...

they are rendered does this make a difference?

The videos are MPEG1 and I think they're embedded at publish - does this also affect things?
