I have created a publication with a video. When I play the publication in the main screen everything is OK, but it disappears when making in an other window

I've looked at your project, and believe you can only use "Display in new Window" IF you already have a Main Publication Window. You would have to have the Main Pub in Chapter 1, for example, THEN if you created a Chapter 2, you could elect to have Pages in Chapter 2 appear in a new window.

Go into Publication Properties and select the Window tab. Click on "Display in Window" and I believe you will achieve what you are trying for, but again, the Chapter Property must be "Main Publication Window." You can locate where your Page will appear using the percentages. The defaults are 50, 50 which puts the Page in the center of the viewing monitor.

I would also change the Video Type to Chroma Key rather than On Top, otherwise the video will float free of the Page position if you drag it around on your screen.
