I'm currently working on a publication. I save the file in a folder on my C: drive. I copied that folder and placed it on the C: drive of another computer. When I opened it on the other computer, it said I was missing around 20 resources. When I reviewed what resources I was missing, I notice that the resources were varying "Effects" that I used on various text boxes.

How can I resolve this issue?

When you open your IMP file in the second computer and it tells you there are XX missing files, it asks if you want to open the Resource Manager to correct the problem. Say OK.

The Resource Manager will display which sub-directories have missing files. You'll have to highlight those files, then do a Right Mouse Click to get a Menu from which you want to Change Resource Path. You can use the Browse feature on the bottom left side of the window to find where your OPUS program is residing on the second computer. It obviously would be best if OPUS was installed in the same location on both computers...

I had a similar problem with a client where, even after marking the new sub-directory location, we continued to get the "Missing Resources" message. We finally found that by going to each Object and unclicking the offending Effect and pressing Apply, then re-selecting it -- each resource was able to recognize where it was supposed to find the applied Effect. This required about 20 Objects be changed twice, but it solved the problem which never returned.
