I think there is a problem with the color of text bullet ( they are all black )
in both Opus pro 4 and Opus pro xe 4 .
the bullet are colored in Opus pro xe 2.8

The process as somewhat different than 2.81

Select the colour from the colour palette first, then select the bullet.

To change a colour of a bullet to the text, insert the caret beam inbetween the bullet and the text, change the palette colour, then locate the bullet.
