For some time I have been trying to contact support via "support@digitalworkshop.com". These emails go unanswered or bounce.
Today I tried sending my question via fax at +44 (0)870 120 2187 (straight from the Digital Workshop site) but my fax machine seems to be connecting with someone's voice phone instead of a fax at that number.

Does anyone know a way to get in touch with Digital Workshop support?

Sorry you've had problems getting through to us. The fax number is correct but it may be that the connection is not being picked up automatically and so is requesting manual response.

You could try it again but it would be better to send a copy of your email to sales@digitalworkshop.com and see if that makes it - include your phone number so that we can contact you if our email back to you gets bounced as this does happen sometimes and means we have no way to contact you.

I haven't seen any messages from you in the Support inbox. Are you using just support@digitalworkshop.com or the older opus.support@digitalworkshop.com? The latter address is currently out of order.

As another test you could try 'contact.dw at googlemail.com' (replacing the " at " with @) - please note that this is not an official address and is used only for specific email related problems (such as a time AOL was blocking mails from our ISP) - but I will monitor it to see if anything arrives.

Thank you both for your reply. Today I emailed my support request again, this time to all three email addresses (support, sales and the googlemail one). I haven't used "opus.support" previously - didn't even know it (had) existed.
