Post subject: Edit Vector Toolbar -- version 6
PostPosted: April 27th, 2007, 2:29 am
In the Editor, when I click any vector object, the Edit Vector Toolbar appears.

I rarely need this toolbar, because my involvement with vectors focuses on adding actions.

I've looked, but can find now way to disable the automatic appearance of this toolbar.

Is it possible?

Hi Sentosa

Can't find a way to disable the vector toolbar, but if you have set an action for the vector you can then edit the action by clicking the actions tab on the far left of the editor window.

This does not create an annoying pop up vector toolbar.

You can also drag the vector toolbar and put it in the main toolbar at top of page and then it does not pop up in a separate window. All it does is come into focus when you select a vector object.

Then, if you go to the View menu at top of page and unselect the edit vector toolbar, it will hide. It will then only show when you click on a vector and best of all, the annoying pop up window that you wrote about is now gone and you have additional screen real estate except when you are editing vector objects!

Now, is this worth a good bottle of merlot or what?

Cheers

Graham

Thanks Graham, I'll try that.

How about a Merlot/Cabernet shandy? Well, I never said I was classy :D
