hello.
last year we made two animations and published them to a webpage...... have always looked at them on our computer that runs IE7 and winXP. and they look and run great.

recently purchased laptop with vista... and have realised it wont reveal the webpage:
first it asks to grant an activex... we grant this:
then it asks to install the IO.... heres where the pron starts.... if it doesnt download it goes to your website for the download.... once there we download it, but half way through the instalation phase it states it cannot find certain file.... therefore cannot continue.

is everyone that has a vista computer having this prob with our page..... and if so why and how to ressolve.

I still use XP and found the page loads OK with IE7, but I get an error with Mozilla...and it causes subsequent URLs to crash as well. I have to restart Mozilla to clear the problem.

Same situation as Sandyn, exact same error.

Hi Stephen,

Doesn't work full stop under Vista because the plexus plugin won't install. In fact, the installation displays the exact same message I get whilst trying to install Opus under Vista.

Perhaps (just perhaps) it's the plexus segment of the Opus installation that causes the error in the Opus installation because the rest of Opus functions fine despite the error.

thanks for feedback. seems a common issue..... down the pub we have renamed the ''www'' to ''not quite world wide, pending a plugin''.

Surley DW is working on updating for a modern plugin or adaptor that works? would that be the answer? is it out? is it coming.

or what may be a solution?

wondered if there is any soution to this yet, as our published animations cannot be 'admired' if accessing the internet on a vista OS machine.
