Digital Workshop

My main publication window has three panels (properties/layout). How can I make all three panels lock together so when I drag the window across the screen all three panels stay together?

When I play around with the properties settings I can either make the panels undraggable or make each panel draggable by itself. There's no check box to lock the panels together.
