I have a website which I want to update All the material is up on the website, but my hardisk went dead and I have lost all the Opus data Can I convert it back down and how

Published files cannot be reloaded into Opus for editing. You need the original .imp (or a backup) which is unlikely to be on your website. An .imp cannot be recreated from a published file. :(
