Both of these topics have been posted before - so searching should reveal some useful help.
#2 - one way is to create an array with the number you want to use.
EG myArray = new Array(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10)
And then shuffle the array. You can read through each element in turn and simple reshuffle at the end.
