Hi,

I always like to keep my script files outside of Opus (so also not in de Opus editor). Now I'd like to start working with Eclipse (http://www.eclipse.org), but is there anyone who knows how to load ILS-files into Eclipse? I need to define the editor somewhere so that Eclipse knows how to analyse the files. Does anyone know what file I need for that?

Gr,
Paul

Nevermind, I fixed it myself already.

If anyone else may need it:

Go to Window->Preferences

Then go to General->Editors->File Associations

Click "Add.." and add the file extension "*.ils" (without the quotes).

After you added it to the list, select it and click "Add.." in the bottom section. There you select the JavaScript editor and add it. Now you can open ILS-files in Eclipse.

Huh?

Am I missing something? Why not just open .ILS files with Notepad, or simply edit within Opus?

What is the 'value add', if any, for this other program?

I have never liked editing scripts in Opus, because when you for example copy and paste a part of the script it reloads the whole script before performing the action, which is really annoying imo.
