Apologies for the post length but I feel my question may need a lot of explanation to be clear!
I am using Opus creator to create basic educational games for students at the special needs school I work for. The current project I'm working on requires the user to identify a word from a video of a sign language user and choose the appropriate icon from 4 (e.g. signed video of Computer and user selects the picture of a computer). When they choose the right option, a reward in the form of an animation and music should play. this all sounds simple but...
I want to use two or three different reward screens and not have to have multiple copies of those pages in my publication. The only way I know to make the reward screens work is to have the correct button action set to go to page "Reward1" which advances as I want. I then need the reward to display for 10 seconds so I set the "display this page for" option to 10 secs. I then _have_to_ set where it goes next which is where my problem arises. I cannot set it to go back to the first question page as it doesn't continue the actions and then advance to the second question. The only way to make it work is to order the pages q1, reward, q2, reward... ...q10, reward, and so on, thus duplicating the reward pages.
Am I missing something? Is there an easier or more efficient way to do this?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Andy.
