Digital Workshop

I am having huge problems with this. Emailed tech support but as so often have had no reply. I have included two mp 4 and mov video in my publication. When I preview they run correctly but when I publish the video freezes and the program also freezes. I have tried Chroma. I have also included these videos under extra resources otherwise Opus does not put them in published folder. Can anyone help??

did you tried this option?
when you publish you have the option to compress the videos ,
de-select this option,
also try not to embeed the videos..
