Creating a seamless sound loop

Hi, I am creating a website in flex. I want to add some background music, but I only want a short section looping continuously. At the moment I have the mp3 set to loop continuously but there is a gap between the stop & start of the loop. Is there any way to make this loop seamless?

This is a common problem with MP3's.

For workarounds put "loop mp3 gap" (no quotes) into google.
There are plenty of references to this.

You could always look at your loop in Audacity and then make sure there is no time at the start and end of the audio. Audacity is freeware and is a great audio editor.
