Greetings,

It has been a VERY LONG time since using this software, so here is a tremendously dumb question. If you include video in an Opus publication, does the publication require an enduser to have a multimedia player to play it or does the EXE created by Opus have the capability to play the video?

Sorry, for the question, but just thought someone would have a really quck answe.

Only the question you DON'T ask is a "dumb" question. The default video player in OPUS is "Chroma Key." It plays within OPUS, so you don't have to worry about having any other video player.

IF you selected "On Top" only then is the Windows Media Player used instead of the OPUS video player. You can NOT place other Object over a Video Object IF you are using "On Top." I'm recommending using the OPUS default.

Thanks Fred, I was hoping that might be the answer. It's just been so long since I've used the software that I couldn't remember and I couldn't find an answer anywhere.
