Digital Workshop

I have tried several times to install Opus 6.4 onto an HP xw4300 workstation but the program freezes in the last 10 seconds. I have tried to install the program whilst all the antivirus and other security software is disabled, but again without success. I have been able to install Opus 5.5 without any problems and this version is working fine. After each failed installation I securely deleted the Opus folder and cleared the Register. Below are details of my computer hardware.

I tried to send this problem to Digital Workshop Support but the e-mail bounced. The support e-mail address in Opus 5.5 doesn't appeat to be valid.

DW Support came valiantly to the rescue again. After disabling all antivirus and other software running in memory I unchecked the 'WinColor.dll', 'EndProcess' and 'Buttoneer Font'. The installation then proceeded without any problems. Many thanks for your help.
