Ok...like the english is not my language, I am affraid I will explain some simple in the most confuse form possible...hehehehehehe

Hi everybody !!!! Long time I am not around.....

Fellows....I need a little help

I have a page with 7 buttons, and I have -in the same page- 28 hidden pics. I need associate 4 pics for each button that must be showed when the cursor is over the button in a random way- one by one and every time the cursor be over the button....

In other words, the button "A" has four pics associated (this button has nothing to do with the other pics -and this condition is the same for every button in the page, they only can show only it own pics).....Ok, this button "A" has four pics associated A1, A2, A3, and A4.....so, when the cursor is over the button one of the pics (just one) must be showed, when the cursor is exit, of course, the pic must dissapear....if the user (inmediatly or one hour later) puts the cursor again over the same button other of the four pics associated to this button must to be showed, etc.....So, how can I do for to elaborate the random way I want?

A small demo will be great!!!!

warm regards to my all my old friends and the newones

Federico :D

Greetings Federico, good to see you back. :)

See attached IMP sample, which demonstrates some easy ways without script, using Mouse-Over on a button.

- "Show in Turn" actions has a random order feature, but the problem for you may be that once all the sequence of orders are completed, "Show in Turn" will no longer function. (The Opus HELP file discusses this in more detail)

- Another example is using the Random number feature. (which I include in the sample) This can be controlled by using 'If' conditions, or the Select and Case actions.

If you don't want "Random" possibly picking the same number in sequence, then you'll have to play with some variables/conditions and complicate the process a little.

I'm sure others may come up with some other easy ways, but this is a starter! :)

Hi Fredrico,

Have you tried "registering" when you log-on on to the forum? That way you will have a user profile, and people can email you, send private messages, edit your posts and other benefits.

God bless and a Happy New Year to you too! :)
