Ok here's what i did...
I made a OPUS Flex web site that has data input area's and 1 page that displays the Input back to the viewers ( i beleave that can be done RIGHT ?? ) .... Then i need a way to have the web page refresh automaticly as to show changes in the data that would be inputted

is the browser i made to display the info .....
Do i have to use the Plxis Plugin to achieve the above or can it be done with the Flex side ?

UPDATE....... It seems the Auto refresh forces the data in the Variables to be refreshed as well . The data doesnt stay as a constant value as part of the new page update.....
