I need to revisit an old publication and freshen it up for additional review.

Throughout the pub I have three images used as backgrounds (I used a three panel frame layout for this one). Can I use the Resource Manager or some other utility to globally change the background images for all of the pages? i.e.: I have image01.jpg used as the background on every Main Panel in the publication and I need to replace it with image01a.jpg. Can I just say change all instances of image01.jpg to imageo1a.jpg or must I do it on each individual page?

In the Resource Manager, right-click on image01.jpg. Select Set/Clear Resources.

Then click the radio button "Set the resources to this file" and link to image01a.jpg.

On the right hand side, be sure to have the "Apply to all uses of each resource" button checked.

I've done this a couple of times without problem, but do backup first... speaking from experience, one wrong click and every resource in your pub points to the same file!!!
