Dear all,

What I am wanting to do is to limit a publication to a pre-determined length of time 2/3 years (if they use the training on different machines, the expiry function is made obsolete as far as I am aware). What I've also wanted to do is to create an expiry limit on any certificates printed as the trainees should undergo refresher training every so often. To that aim I've read the forum as much as I can and have come up with what I consider almost there.

My only niggle at the moment is that the SYSTEM_FULL_DATE shows as 07 August 2010, yet my expiry date shows as Tue Aug 6 2013 14:31:26. Does anyone know how I can change this to the same format as the SYSTEM_FULL_DATE?

Also, is this the best way of achieving this, or does someone know if I could be doing it better?

Thanking people in advance and I look foward to any replies.

Best regards

Simon
