I was wondering if there is an easy scrip for a rounded frame that simulates a signal button of an old radio, to move right or left with the “left mouse down” action. When you stop pressing the mouse the frame will stop as well.
That would trigger another action like move another frame along a bar, left or right, to look for the radio station, like in the old radios.
I tried “left mouse down + rotate animation” but the frame would rotate seconds (that's the option available) not while the mouse is down.

I'm guessing you mean like the attached?

left click = rotate left
right click = rotate right
