After years of running on-line Opus publications in Internet Explorer I thought I would experiment with Firefox & Chrome.

The Plexus Plug is supposed to work in both of these but why is it I cannot make postwebdata actions work in Firefox? Everything runs well untill it tries to send or receive data then nothing is received.

Also in Chome I cannot get the publication to run and the "index.ilm" message box just appears.

Can anyone help please?

Both of these should work.

Try one of our Plexus games in Chrome and see what happens.

If necessary, try uninstalling the plug-in and get the new version from DW and install that.

Again, the post web data should work in Firefox. We have loads of applications that use it and FF is my primary browser. I do tend to use script rather than actions, but just checked and the action worked as well. Try positing the IMP and people will have a look for you.

Thanks for the reply Mack. Sorry for not getting back straight away.

I have been waiting a long time and it is not at the top of my to-do list, but I appreciate your assurance that it will work. Most of our customers are business users and use IE, but I would like to get our Opus publications working in Chrome and Firefox.

I will take another look at it shortly and let you know how I get on.
