I am working on a web-based publication and my testing so far raises two questions on which I would appreciate advice from other more experienced users -

1. I am not sure how to decide whether to publish it as a single file or separate files for separate chapters. Presumably a single file will take longer to finish downloading, but interact more quickly once loaded. Conversely I assume that separate files will each take less time to download but will slow down the transition from one chapter to the next as a new download will be needed each time. Is my thinking correct, and are there any guidelines that would help me make this judgement?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Chris,

Yes, I had explored the help, and did quite a it of experimenting. I thought there might be a few additional "tips and tricks" that experienced users had developed.
