 Post subject: reset drop zones?

Is there a way to reset the drop zone other than just dragging the object off of it. I can reposition my dropped object but it doesn't clear the drop zone itself. I'd really rather not reload the whole page if I can help it. Thought maybe someone might have a suggestion or two.

Hiding and (re)showing the dropped objects seems to do it.
