Opus: Creator v9 Opus v7
OS: windows
I am trying to see how a simple Opus Professional web-based (plexus) publication will work in different browsers, with a very short Mp4 video and it seems impossible to see the video with google chrome. It works ok with explorer and firefox. I have tried the 3 video options; on top, chroma key and rendered and no one of them works in google browser. I've tried to publish with the video embedded and not embedded but nothing.

Your forum Profile just says OS: windows.

If someone here who knows Video, codecs, plexus, etc -- they are going to need much better, and more detailed, information about the systems you are using and testing. Windows version and updates; Opus version. Even browser version may be an important piece of info. Think about it.

Sorry about that.
I am using window 7, and testing web-based pub (made with Opus Pro 7) in the 4 latest browser versions.
The information on digitalworkshop.com says:
Plexus is compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Chrome. Obviously performance may be restricted on some by the security settings in these browsers. You may need to advise customers to enable Active-X plugins or run the initial install under a Full Admin account for Vista and Windows v7.
Let's say that customers are advised and install plexus correctly.
If customers using any browser install plexus but still have problems to see the mp-4 video within the publication, that is a big burden for making commercial web-based pubs with Opus Pro. At least that seems to be my problem right now.
My concern is that if I want to include Mp-4 video, in a web-based publication, as a part of a commercial stuff, I cannot ask everyone out there which codec, browser, OS, etc to use.
I thought that simple video using the plexus plug-in would work in any browser. Or is there any speciific configuration to be done in Chrome and Opera in order to be able to see the mp-4 video? I am confused about this.
