Hi,

Thank you for your enquiry.

I haven't been able to replicate this problem, but I suspect that this issue may be caused by problem entries in the system registry. Could you please try the following and let me know if the problem persists?

- Ensure that Opus Pro 04 is not running
- Click Start > All Programs > Opus Pro 04 to open the program group
- Position the cursor over the Opus Pro 04 application shortcut (but do not click)
- Position two fingers over the Ctrl and Alt keys in the bottom-left of the keyboard
- Left-click on the application shortcut to launch the program, then immediately depress the Ctrl and Alt keys simultaneously and keep them depressed
- A prompt should appear on-screen asking if you wish to clear the application registry settings. Click Yes
- Opus Pro 04 will now launch, but behave like a new installation (displaying the Tip of the Day and Registration screens)
- Load in a new or existing publication and try to replicate the video import problems you previously encountered.

Please let me know how you get on.

Kind regards,
