I've got a browser object that calls up an html file from the hard drive.

The Resource Manager shows this html as "not found"... I attach a grab of what it shows, as I think the problem will then be clear.

Everything works fine... it's just I get the error message every time... perhaps this can be fixed?

Hi Linda,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have reproduced this issue and have asked our development team to investigate further.

The error appears to be erroneous and does not adversely affect the behaviour of the publication. However, if this proves too distracting, one workaround would be to specify the full path to the file (for example, C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Desktop\test.htm) in a variable, then use the following path in the properties of the Browser object:

file://<variable>

where <variable> is the variable containing the path to the HTML file.

The Resource Manager should now ignore this resource and no error icons should be displayed.

Kind regards,
