Custom Action + Custom trigger

I tried to understand and follow the steps in Opus Pro help but I can not find Custom Action in Opus.

Step 1: The Custom Action calls a Custom Trigger:
1. The Custom Action is like any other action, it is added to a trigger. However, the sole purpose of the Custom Action is to activate a Custom Trigger.
2. The Custom Action has one option, the Action Name box. This box is used to type the name of a Custom Trigger. For this example, the trigger is named Show Images.

Where is the Custom Action? I can find Custom Trigger under Trigger - Advanced but where to find and a Custom Acton (Name box)?

They're on the programming tab, under the programming sub-option.

There is no information in help where to find it and Programming was the last place which I didn't check.

I thought that was the first rule of being a bloke - something is always in the last place it should be. Though I can see that becoming paradoxical.
