I have two folders with photos and videos. I would like the Opus automatically exhibited all photos and videos as I was putting these folders. It's possible?

What do you mean by 'automatically'?
When you say 'putting these folders', did you mean drag/drop into the folders using windows? (or perhaps the user downloads using browser and Saves to a windows folder)?
Will you possibly add new photos or videos before you have finished viewing the last one added (viewed as you intend in a published Opus pub)?
Will that Opus Pub be running already, or do you need your activities in Windows/folders to be a trigger to actually launch the Opus Pub?

BTW, the most knowledgeable and the most helpful people here are quite busy themselves, and want to see system and other info in your profile -- and not make assumptions about your development environment OR your deployment plans for the Pubs.

Regarding some detection of new files added to a folder, while it may be possible to achieve this in Opus Pub, there are other utilities/macro-tools for windows automation. e.g., AutoHotkey if it is still around, or other newer similar tools.
