jpg images turn blue after publication

Using a lot of jpg images gave OK results until publication: all jpg images turned blue in the exe-file.
After converting them into BMP files, all images had their natural colors again after publicating.
Any reason for this?

Are they in RGB format?

Yes, just basis jpg's in RGB, most of them base-line some progressive.
