I'm struggling a few days (after reading help topics on this forum) with the next thing. I used Robin Garret tutorial "Part 1 Post Web Data"

The following I setup in Opus9.50 and in a insert.php placed in the root of the server


When I export a row from my sql database it looks like this


So it looks like the row is inserted into the database but the variable 'first" is not updated !

I used the following table options in the mysql database


Anyone has any Ideas?

Specs

First, this is a mysql database (if using PhpMyAdmin), so all commands must be MySQL - and NOW they must be MySQLi (the new 'i' is for new commands) - MySQL has been deprecated.

Look at w3schools for the new way to use MySQLi.

If you need help, I believe I fixed this script to work with MySQLi - I'll look for it.
