 Post subject: video problems with some devices

Opus: Creator v9 Opus v7
OS: windows
I have updated an HTML video exercise using the actions play and pause video from the new update of opus pro.
The exercise is here:

It works perfect on my laptop, but the video does not play so well on my tablet (android 4.1.2) and doesn't play at all
on my phone (android 4.4.2)
I don't know what to do. It's an mpeg-4 video. should it not work on any html publication?
