System: T5500, Intel Xeon 2.13 GHz, 12 GB RAM
I have a Opus publication that I am trying to publish with all the resources in one file. As in the .exe file has a video and several .pdfs embedded, not linked to outside folders. I seem to remember this is possible however I could be mistaken.

As of now I have resources linked in the publication but when I take the pub to another computer it loses the link.

Ultimately, this will be used for training and will need to be distributed to many people effortlessly.

Please help!

PDFs are embedded by using the option when you create the 'launch file' action. Select the file as normal and then select 'store in published file' option and use the 'additional files' button to add the PDF.

Videos are automatically set to embed from the options tab when publishing. However, I believe only AVI containers can be embedded.

Personally, if this is an issue of supplying content to different machines, then all your paths should be relative rather than absolute. Sometimes there are options on the actions for the file to be found in the published folder or there are Opus variables such as SYSTEM_PUBLICATION_DIR (which may need to be wrapped in <> brackets).
