I have a small problem, previously unexperienced, with a new publication.

When the publication is run (on any machine), the attached Windows message box appears.

If I click "OK" the box disappears, and the publication runs normally.

Checking the "Do not show this message again" box has no effect, and the message continues to display at run time.

Has anyone experienced similar behaviour, and is there a way to get around the problem. It's not a showstopper, but it is irritating nonetheless.

Further to this, I've created a second publication, and the problem persists.

Interestingly the FIRST run is OK - it's just all subsequent runs that generate the Windows message...

Hi Chris,
I can recreate this anytime using XE 5.1 with any pub -- one page will do.
If I publish -- I always get the error message on the second and subsequent runs.
DW -- please have a look at this as a matter of urgency.
XE 5.0 does not have the problem.

cheers
Paul

We have reproduced and fixed this issue (which only affects the 05.10 release sent to recent customers). It is easily fixed by replacing the player so we will be contacting the affected people shortly.
In the meantime please contact support at digitalworkshop.com if you would like us to e-mail you the replacement player.
