Hello

I have been using Opus pro XE04 to buid a web presentation. I am not satisfied with my export to FLASH (Opus Flex) and I want to use some features that are not supported FLEX. But I keep ending up with some problems on my testing machines. Now they all end up with a black screen with the message "IO Streaming Web Plugin" (see attached picture). (IE 6.0)

Hi Jonas, seems to me that perhaps you forgot to upload the file called "Prufa.ilm".
When you upload into your server, you must remember to upload not only the index.htm file but "all the other files" resulting in your "publishing folder".
I hope this helps.
Regards
German

Thank you for your quick reply - but this is not the case.

Funny thing is that I am running several publications made by older versions of Opus and my testing machines run them correctly, no problems.

The "Prufa" publication runs correctly in preview, in the publish folder on my hard drive, and even when I run it directly on the server. This error turns up when I open it via the internet,

If you manage to open my publication keep in mind that "Prufa" means "Testing" in my language

Hi Jonas

I'm afraid German is correct.
Prufa.ilm cannot be found on the server and returns a 404
error when called directly. see screenshot attached

Thank you very much for trying to help me, but my problem is not yet solved :(

Both files (.htm and .ilm) are on the server. In the same folder I put a very simple htm file, and it works correctly. Please see attached screenshot.

Could it be that your web hosting service is not set up to deliver .ilm files? With many hosts you need to add the mime type to the server configuration or add it in your .htaccess file.

Thank you - this seems to be the problem. I put the files to another server and now it works fine
