Thank you for your input, German, but I am referring to the x,y coordinate of the program window's starting position.
For example, open Notepad, resize it and drag it to any location on your screen. Close it, then open it again and it will be at the location where you just closed it.
It would be nice if the users did not have to move the app to their desired position each time they open it. It's a standard Windows convention that's been around since at least Windows 3.1 but I appreciate that we're not creating standard Windows apps.
