Hello,
I know I'm hoping against hope here, because I've never actually run upon a software that will do this - but I'll try anyway.

Is there a way to "decompile" an Opus Pro 2.81 .exe file? Stupid me - I was at a client's site recently, and at the end of the week, I was in such a rush to get to the airport, I got the .exe and resources from their PC I was working with, but I guess I accidentally deleted the .imp. Is there a way to "decompile" the .exe?

Thanks,
Mike

There should be a backup imp did you delete that too? Also what about the recycle bin, emptied too? Do a search on the computer for *.imp to see all imp files on the machine. Bet the backup might be there. Also there is some very easy to use recovery software for deleted files and some of it free or a demo period that works.

Hi Eddie, thanks for the quick reply. I think I'll try to use the recovery software you mentioned. The reason I had the .exe at all is because I had copied it to a different folder. Somehow I deleted the entire folder the .imp and all that were in, and the recycle bin is empty.

Thanks a million!

Mike

It is not possible to De-Compile a Published Opus Publication, the only option is a file recovery program I'm afraid.
