Hi all,

I just finish a publication with Opus pro 5.10.

On an Xp computer the installation works well.
But on a 2000 SP4 machine, I can't install.
1 - At the very beginning I get a window saying that this publication is already instaled. It's false !
2 - I get the following message : did you want to reinstall - yes or no
3 - I say "Yes"
4- The installation begins and after a few seconds I get a new message saying that the file is corrupt and that it's impossible to install the "uninstall.dll".
5 - Press OK
6 - I get the final window saying that the installation is complete. But there is nothing on the computer....

Is it a bug in Opus 5.10 ? Or my settings may be are wrong (I find nothing about a publication working into 2000, xp .... in the settings)

Thanks

Guy,

The first thing to do is go to the download section and download and install Service pack one this will take your version of Opus from 05.10 to 05.14. I would then republish the presentation and then retry it on the win 2000 machine. Make sure when you log on to the 2000 machine that you have administration rights. If your you have ever tried to install a project with the same name on that machine your user level may be preventing your from over writing dll's.

Hope this help
