There seems to be a problem related to your use of the transparent colour option and the resizing of your images.
There are two solutions:
1) Use an image format that supports transparency (i.e. PNG) when exporting your images. That way you won't need the Opus transparency option. This will also allow for full alpha transparency, so the edges of the shapes will look nicer (assuming Corel Designer exports them properly).
2) When you publish, on the third page of the wizard is a Settings button. Click that and on the Options tab, uncheck the "Enable Image Resizing" option. Publish as normal and everything will be fine.
I notice that your source images are generally huge - I would strongly recommend that you create your images at the correct size that you intend to use them in the publication. That way you will always maintain the quality and speed up the publish process as well.
I will add the transparency/resize issue to our list of things to investigate for future releases.
