Hello DW
I have been experiencing the following problems when using XE 5.0:
1-In previous releases you can copy a whole lot of buttons and images and paste them into a new page and all those items preserve the original positions from the original page. In this version it does not preserve the original position and it is annoying since you have to be repositioning them.
I know that you can create template pages but sometimes you just want to reproduce things quickly by copy and paste some elements from one page into a new one and be able to preserve the positioning of the elements. Could you please look into this since this was not a problem in previous versions.

2-When copy and paste from the Microsoft Notepad into text boxes in Opus XE 5.0 the pasted text is invisible in the editor but appears when you click on "page view". The only way to make the text visible is by closing the publication and re-open it again.

Thank you for your continuing help.
German

Paste objects - turn off the "Paste Offset" via the options and the objects will pasted in the exact location.

Notepad text pasting works for me - please contact technical support using the Contact support option on the help file so we can properly evaluate what it is about what you are doing that causes your problem.

Thanks.

Paul
